www.tungstenringsandbands.com is proud to offer FedEx fully insured FREE shipping on all products anywhere within the United States. All items available for same day shipping must be ordered by 4:00pm PST Monday through Friday. Orders received after 4:00pm PST Monday through Friday will ship the following business day. Note: There is no shipping delay for engraved items! Items not available for same day shipping will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Please call us at 877-472-2700 if you need assistance regarding shipping on any of our items. Rush shipping is available. We are available to serve you Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm PST.

General Shipping Information:
All tungsten wedding rings are shipped complimentary FedEx Ground by www.tungstenringsandbands.com. However, all orders are eligible for shipping upgrades. Three Day FedEx express is $14.99, Two-day FedEx shipping is available for an additional fee of $19.99. FedEx Standard Overnight delivery is an additional $34.99. FedEx Priority Overnight is $39.99 All packages require an adult signature in order to be delivered. All packages shipped ground to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS unless shipping has been upgraded per customers request. Please note that if you require us to re-route a FedEx package, you will incur a $15.00 fee.
International Shipping Information:
www.tungstenringsandbands.com will ship internationally via FedEx International Priority for an additional fee of $65.00. Please note that all packages shipped to Canada are shipped via USPS and will only incur a shipping fee of $14.99 plus any additional shipping upgrades per customers request. All packages will be fully insured. We do not charge sales tax on items shipped outside of the country. However, please check with your local tax authority to determine what import taxes may apply, if any. NOTE:Tungstenringsandbands.com is not responsible for any import duties or taxes. We only charge for international shipping fees.
Alternate Shipping Addresses:
www.tungstenringsandbands.com will gladly ship your package to an address other than your credit card billing address. For example, if your billing address is a P.O. Box or you want to keep the purchase a surprise, you may ship the package to an alternate address. However, for security reasons, this alternate shipping address must be listed on file with your credit card company as an authorized alternate shipping address. www.tungstenringsandbands.com will verify that both addresses are listed on file with your credit card company prior to shipment. Please make sure to list this alternate address with your credit card company soon after your purchase to not slow down the shipment date.
Saturday Delivery:
www.tungstenringsandbands.com can always ship a package for Saturday delivery. There is an additional shipping fee of $25.00 for FedEx Saturday delivery. This is addition to the $19.99 two day shipping fee or the $39.99 priority overnight shipping fee. Please check with www.tungstenringsandbands.com or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to verify that Saturday delivery is available in your area. |
